GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS, Ohio - The registration deadline for teams and riders hoping to take advantage of prize money bonuses being offered for the 2009 Hyde Park Blast (June 27) and Tour de Grandview Cycling Classic (June 28) is quickly approaching.

The two events have teamed up for a combined additional purse for Pro Men's Category 1-2 riders who place in the top four in both events.  A combined additional purse also will be available for Men's Category 3 riders.  The registration deadline for teams and riders hoping to earn the bonus prize money is midnight on Thursday, June 24.

Only team riders are eligible for the prize bonuses, with teams defined as a minimum of five racers. 

Team-eligible riders must pre-register for both events, have their team clearly spelled out on their BikeReg rider profile, and participate in clearly marked team kits.
